Opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We never sell your information for money. With your consent, we let Google and Meta collect information through cookies to measure and target our ads. Some state laws call that a “sale” or “sharing.” To stop it:
Turn off Advertising and save. Your choice applies to this browser and device. If you use a browser or extension that sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we automatically treat it as an opt-out for that browser.
Limit the use of my sensitive personal information
Health information, such as the topics you read about, is sensitive personal information. To limit our use of it to what is needed to show you the site, turn off Analytics and Advertising in cookie settings. To withdraw any other consent, or to ask us to delete your consumer health data, use the request form below. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Stop emails
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Unsubscribing takes effect within 10 business days, usually immediately.
Make a privacy request
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or download your information here, or email **{Privacy Email}**. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (one month for requests under EU or UK law). We verify requests by confirming your email address.
An authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may ask for your signed permission and confirm your identity directly with you.
Appeal a decision
If we decline a request, reply to our decision or email **{Privacy Email}** with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days. If you disagree with the result, you may contact your state attorney general.
