Effective date: November 10th, 2026
These Terms of Use are a contract between you and MagicianDoc Works, Inc., a Texas corporation, doing business as TreatLyme (“TreatLyme,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of treatlyme.com, its features, and connected webinars, email newsletters, and any other service that links to these Terms (together, the “Services”).
Please read them. They include a medical disclaimer, limits on our liability, and a requirement that disputes go to the courts of Travis County, Texas.
1. Accepting these Terms
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms, including our Medical Disclaimer and our Affiliate and Material Connections Disclosure, which form part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain how we handle your information. They are notices, not part of this contract, and agreeing to these Terms does not give consent to any use of your health data.
When you register for a webinar or subscribe to our emails, we will ask you to confirm that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. The Services are intended for adults in the United States. If you access them from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
2. Who we are and how we relate to Dr. Ross
TreatLyme is an educational publication about Lyme disease, tick-borne infections, and related chronic illness. Its content is written or reviewed by Dr. Marty Ross, MD, a physician licensed in Washington State.
Three related but separate businesses appear on this site:
- TreatLyme, operated by MagicianDoc Works, Inc., publishes educational content, product information, and webinars.
- Marty Ross MD Clinic, operated by Good Morning M! PLLC, provides medical care. The clinic has its own terms, privacy practices, and patient intake process.
- Femologist Inc. sells supplements, including products Dr. Marty Ross MD uses in his practice, through its website and Supplement Dispensary Portal. Femologist has its own terms and privacy policy.
We explain our financial relationships with these businesses in our Affiliate and Material Connections Disclosure.
3. Educational use only; no physician-patient relationship
Everything on the Services is general health education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a clinician who knows your history.
Using the Services does not create a physician-patient relationship with Dr. Ross, the clinic, or anyone else. That includes reading articles, attending or watching webinars, asking a question in a webinar, or emailing us. A physician-patient relationship exists only if you become a patient of Marty Ross MD Clinic through its intake process and the clinic accepts you.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number now. Do not use the Services, email, or webinar chat for urgent medical needs.
Our full Medical Disclaimer applies to all content and forms part of these Terms.
4. Product information and third-party purchases
TreatLyme does not sell products. Product pages describe supplements and related products for education, and link to third-party retailers, mainly Femologist, where you can buy them.
When you click a purchase link, you leave TreatLyme. Your purchase is a contract between you and that retailer, under its terms. The retailer, not TreatLyme, is responsible for pricing, availability, payment, shipping, returns, product quality, and its own data practices.
Product descriptions draw on manufacturer information and published research. Manufacturers change formulas and labels. Always read the label of the product you receive and follow its directions and warnings.
Some links earn us or Dr. Ross money, or give you a discount. We disclose these relationships next to the link and in our Affiliate and Material Connections Disclosure.
5. Webinars
We host live and recorded webinars, currently through WebinarJam. By registering or attending, you agree that:
- Webinars are educational. Answers are general and are not advice about your individual case, even when Dr. Ross responds to a question you asked.
- Webinars are recorded and may be published. Questions may be read aloud with your name if you provide it with your question. Published recordings may include your question read out loud, along with your provided name. Do not include your full name, contact details, or health information you would not want others to hear.
- We choose which questions to answer, and may edit or summarize them.
- Guests speak for themselves. Guest presenters’ views are their own. We disclose any payment or sponsorship connected to a guest’s appearance.
- WebinarJam’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of its platform.
6. Booking at Marty Ross MD Clinic
The Services link to the website of Marty Ross MD Clinic, where you can book an appointment.
Booking is handled by the clinic and its scheduling provider, not by TreatLyme. Booking an appointment does not by itself create a physician-patient relationship. The clinic decides whether to accept you as a patient, and may only provide services that the law of your state permits. The clinic’s terms, privacy notice, and any notice required by health privacy law will govern your care.
Do not send health information about yourself to TreatLyme to arrange care. Give it only to the clinic through its intake process.
7. Emails
If you subscribe, we will send you newsletters, webinar announcements, and product information by email, currently through Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We may still send you messages directly related to a webinar you registered for.
8. Content you submit
You may submit webinar questions and chat messages, or send us stories and feedback (“Your Content”).
Think before sharing health details. Webinar questions may be read aloud, and other attendees can see the live chat. Leave out information that identifies you.
You keep ownership of Your Content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, reproduce, edit for length and clarity, translate, and publish Your Content in connection with the Services and our educational work, in any media. You can ask us to remove Your Content at any time by writing to [email protected]; we will remove it from the Services within a reasonable time, though copies in recordings or archived emails may remain.
You confirm that Your Content is yours to share, is truthful, and does not break these Terms or the law.
Testimonials. If you share your experience with a product or treatment, it must reflect your honest, real experience. We do not pay for reviews, do not ask for positive reviews only, and do not edit testimonials to change their meaning. We publish testimonials only with your written permission; an email is enough. Individual experiences are not typical results and are not evidence that something works.
We may decline, edit, or remove anything you submit, and may block anyone from the Services, at our discretion, including content that makes disease cure claims or promotes products.
9. Rules of conduct
When using the Services, you may not:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, or submit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or unlawful.
- Impersonate anyone, including Dr. Ross, clinic staff, or other users, or misrepresent a professional credential.
- Give individual medical instructions to other users, or submit content that encourages dangerous self-treatment.
- Submit advertising, spam, affiliate links, or solicitations.
- Share someone else’s personal or health information without their consent.
- Copy, scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Services by automated means, except as allowed by our robots.txt file, including to train artificial intelligence models, without our written permission.
- Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, their servers, or accounts.
- Upload malware or anything designed to damage or monitor the Services or other users.
- Use the Services in any way that breaks the law.
10. Our content and trademarks
The Services and their content, including articles, protocols, graphics, videos, webinar recordings, and code, are owned by MagicianDoc Works, Inc., Dr. Ross, or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Copyright © 2011 to 2030 MagicianDoc Works, Inc. All rights reserved.
You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use, and share links to our pages. You may share a single article with your own healthcare provider. Anything else, including republishing, selling, or creating courses or products from our content, requires our written permission.
TreatLyme, Marty Ross MD, Marty Ross MD Supplements, and related names and logos are trademarks of MagicianDoc Works, Inc.. Other trademarks belong to their owners. Mentioning a third party’s product or trademark does not mean that party endorses us.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the Services infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the work you own, where the material appears on our site, and your contact details. We will review it and remove material that infringes.
12. Third-party sites and services
The Services link to and use sites and services we do not operate, including Femologist, Marty Ross MD Clinic’s booking provider, WebinarJam, Mailchimp, Amazon, Apollo Neuro, and research sources.
Some of these businesses are connected to us. Femologist and the clinic are related businesses, and we describe those connections openly in our Affiliate and Material Connections Disclosure. Even so, each business is responsible for its own services, terms, and data practices, and those terms govern your dealings with it.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
We work to keep our content accurate and current, and we date and review it. Medicine changes, though, and research is often preliminary or contested. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content is complete or up to date. We make no warranty about any product sold by a third party. Any product warranty comes from its seller or manufacturer.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TreatLyme, Dr. Ross, and our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Services or these Terms, even if we were told such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct, or rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived. These Terms do not govern any medical care provided by Marty Ross MD Clinic; that care is governed by the clinic’s own terms and by applicable law.
15. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TreatLyme, Dr. Ross, and our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or of someone else’s rights.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Before filing a claim, please contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
Any claim that is not resolved must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies. Any claim arising from the Services must be filed within two years after it arises, unless the law requires a longer period.
If you are a consumer living outside the United States, this section does not remove any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
17. Changes to the Services and these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will also give notice on the Services or by email before it takes effect. Changes apply from their effective date and do not apply to disputes that arose before it. If you keep using the Services after that date, you accept the updated Terms.
18. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to all or part of the Services if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Sections 3, 8, 10, and 12 through 19 continue to apply after your access ends.
19. General terms
These Terms, with the documents they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services and replace any earlier terms for this site.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization, and will tell you if we do.
We may send notices to the email address you gave us or post them on the Services. You agree that electronic notices and agreements satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Section headings are for convenience only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
