I take magnesium on a regular basis as prescribed by my functional medicine physician. Magnesium is good for the heart, bones, mood, anxiety, sleep and more. I can tell the difference when I don’t take it. I don’t feel as well and is good for my generalized anxiety disorder. Thorne puts out reliable form that I can be certain has no adulterated fillers. I will order this product again.
